Placing an order is simple! Browse through our collections, select the items you'd like to purchase, and add them to your basket. Once you're ready to checkout, just click on the basket icon, review your items, and proceed with payment. We offer secure payment options to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at theserenecomfortco@gmail.com  We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is dispatched, it cannot be altered or cancelled.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UK. However, we are working hard to expand our shipping options in the future, so please keep an eye on our website for any updates.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

7. Do you accept returns and exchanges?**
